Capabilities

TES aims to exceed client expectations.

From our offices at Cockburn Central, Perth, our fleet of specialist vehicles, plant, equipment and personnel are able to provide cost effective and reliable services to a wide range of electrical projects – of any size and complexity.

From initial tendering and consultation, to costing, design and installation, the company’s expertise has given TES an enviable profile and quality portfolio of successfully completed contracts within Western Australia.

Our approach includes focusing on client briefs, value management, project management, compliance regulations and procedures including Occupational Safety and Health and Quality control, and responsible Environmental management.

Project Management

All projects involve a qualified, designated team that includes a project manager, contract manager, OHS officer, site supervisors, leading hands, electricians and mechanical tradespersons, apprentices with additional supervision from senior management, who play a direct role in all project installations.

TES has an integrated in house management system for quality, environment and safety and is committed to continuous improvement. We place a strong emphasis on managing health, safety and environmental risks through the use of our tablet based Integrated Management System. This system has been developed to comply with Best Practice and Australian and International Standards.

Our streamlined management structure leads a large team of qualified tradespeople and utilises the best methods – in particular, making sure our own personnel project manage all jobs reducing the role played by sub-contractors.

Quality Management System

Assuring quality of products and services is critical for creating confidence in solving clients’ problems and exceeding expectations.

For this reason, all activities performed by TES are carried out in accordance with a comprehensive suite of management systems. TES is committed to continuous improvement in all functions of the business, including design, installation, commissioning, service and communication with clients.

TES firmly believes in employing the best people and utilising the best methods – quality staff ensure a quality job – having our own on-staff personnel project managing and overseeing all jobs reduces the role played by sub-contractors.

At TES we pride ourselves on keeping our standards high. Intensive training and endorsement of on-going training for all personnel, including apprentices and trades assistants, ensures compliance with the company ethos of quality, craftsmanship and safety standards demanded by TES and its clients.

All of our senior staff and project managers, many with a wealth of experience from leading Australian and international companies, have their curriculum vitae on file and these can be made available on request.

Our in-house integrated Management System has been developed to comply with Best Practice Australian and International Standards.
