The Stage 3 Redevelopment of the Ellenbrook Shopping Centre incorporates a new Kmart, three Mini-major tenancies, 17 speciality tenancies, restaurants, kiosks, new mall areas and a 12,000m2 roof deck carpark. The $63 million – 11,000 square metre expansion brings the centre’s total to over 120 retailers and brands.

The Project
TES were contracted to carry the supply, installation, testing and maintenance of the complete electrical services including;
- All general lighting including emergency Lighting & Power,
- Modifications to the Main Switchboard and Distribution boards for the supply to Kmart
- Submains from existing distribution boards to Kmart and other tenancies
- Energy Metering and Monitoring system
- Lighting Control System
- Communications & MATV
- Access Control & Intruder Detection System
- CCTV
- People Counter System
- Modifications to the existing Fire Indicator Panel (FIP) & EWIS.
- Smoke detection, thermal detectors and EWIS speakers/horns
- Public Address System
- Power Factor Correction Unit
- Generator

Timeline
The project commenced in August 2019, and was completed in stages to meet our client’s requirements in July 2020.
