Overview
The new 20,000sqm Lakelands Shopping Centre project was anchored by three major tenants being Kmart, Aldi Supermarket and a Coles Supermarket along with 40 other various specialty food, retail and service tenancies, a childcare centre, library and expansive carpark all of which span over two lots within the Lakelands Estate.
Timeline
The project commenced in June 2015 and was completed in July 2016. Due to the fast paced build program every detail was planned precisely to ensure the works were completed in line with the clients expectations.
