Overview

The Mount Lawley Hospital now called the Park Private hospital was completed September 2015, the initial works comprised of general Demolition of the existing hospital with only the Heritage front and a handful of rooms remaining including the Generator room and main switch room, the rest of the building being the lower ground and Ground was constructed as new.

The hospital included 2 new operating theatres, recovery bays and general wards.

Additional earthing was required to comply with AS3003:2011 body protected area requirements, all of which was installed TES and commissioned by an independent accredited certifying engineer.

Timeline

The project commenced in July 2014 and was completed in September 2015, as the façade of the building was heritage listed, great care was required to ensure the works complied with the heritage requirements.
